SURFscape Exhibitor Information

About SURFscape

SURFscape is an immersive consumer event produced by the Surf Industry Members Association. The purpose of the event is to help consumers “discover their stoke” by being introduced to new products, brands and demo gear to build upon their passion for surfing and the outdoors.

This consumer experience is about activating your brand and getting consumers fired up on your product or service. Please get creative with how you present and activate your brand onsite.

This is not a pump and dump, swap meet, blowout event for old products. Bring your A game and show consumers why your product is awesome and get them excited. Give them something to get fired up on your brand.

Exhibitors will be allowed to sell onsite but consider driving traffic to your retail partners with a promotional code, sell a limited edition item only available at SURFscape, demo your product and let the consumer take it for a spin. Or better yet, invite members of the media, bloggers or influencers to come down and meet your team and get a personal introduction to your brand and product. These are just a few ideas to get your creative juices flowing so breakout the good china and have fun!

Help Us, Help You

Got something new you’re going to unleash at SURFscape? Send us the details so we can include them in our updates on social and to the media.

SURFscape is a great place to get the press down to the beach and see your newest gear or product in-person.

Creative Assets/Social Media

If you’d like to provide us with images or short video clips of your premier products that will be shown at SURFscape, please use this Google form. We will use these on our social media and also share with the media to help bring attention to your involvement and presence at the event.

Booth Space Assignment/Location

We are excited to see a growing list of exhibitors that will participate in SURFscape and want to assure all those participating that our goal is to ensure that the public will walk the entire footprint of our space. We will curate spaces throughout the area so that foot traffic reaches every booth space.

Security

Security will be available during the day and overnight security will also be in place after hours. We highly recommend that exhibitors secure their space by covering up the sides or taking small valuables with them.

Sustainability

The Surf Industry Members Association is committed to making this event environmentally friendly and are requiring all those participating to follow this commitment. No single-use plastics in your space, if you have packaging please store and take it back with you so it can be recycled. More details and guidelines to come but your help in making this an environmentally friendly event will be appreciated.

Surfrider Foundation’s Ocean Friendly Restaurant Program is a great guideline to follow. Please read it and use their guidelines to help us make this an ocean-friendly event.

Onsite Amenities

Since we’re on the beach, there will be public restrooms along with access to showers.

Electricity will be limited so please plan to be self sustained. If you must have electricity, let us know what your needs are and we will do our best to provide you with access to electrical services and associated costs.
